Most of our care visits are a minimum of 1 hour, they’re only ever 30 minutes if we’re going multiple times a day.
It’s important to us that the clients aren’t rushed and we have the time to deliver care at their pace.
And, if there’s time left in the visit you can always sit and have a chat over a cup of tea. Social interaction is often a forgotten aspect of care but it is essential to peoples well being.

Contracted Hours
Paid by shift so you always know what you will earn week by week

Paid travel time between visits
A minimum of 10-15 mins travel between each visit -
Paid mileage
Between client visits at 45p per mile
